The recent addition of our Clubhouse offers sellers the perfect location to drop off and discuss the sale of the car with us.

The steps we take are as follows:

1. Receive your car at the HCB facility and inspect the condition
2. Give the car an interior and exterior detail
3. Photograph the car to our in-depth standards
4. Store the car throughout the auction process and undertake any viewings
5. Respond to any comments on your behalf
6. Hand-over the car once the auction has finished and liaise with the buyer
